All zip and sole repairs are guaranteed for 6 Months, heel tips for 3 months. Any faults within that time will be rectified FREE of charge. Payment collected on return of footwear. If you are not satisfied with any repairs/cleaning of your shoes or boots then you DON'T have to pay.
