Qualified psychodynamic counsellor in Brighton, experienced in general & drugs counselling. Both short term focused & long term open ended work undertaken.

Telephone counselling also available for those unable to attend premises.

Cost is £35 per session(50 minutes) for both face-to-face & telephone counselling. Once weekly sessions offered - daytime, evening & weekend times generally available.

Issues worked with include anxiety, depression, stress, drugs or substance misuse,trauma, mid life crisis, beravement or other losses, identity etc.

The counsellor is a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy,(MBACP), & abides by its ethical framework & code of practice. She is also a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
